Your new system has been designed and installed to give you years of service. However, just like a quality automobile, regularly scheduled service is a must. Additionally, anything mechanical may experience unexpected failures of one or more components - resulting in possibly costly (and unbudgeted) repairs.
The 100% Full Service Customer Protection Plan was created at the request of our clients. Simply stated, it provides you with complete 5 year warranty coverage of any system installed by us.
American Surveillance & Security will perform maintenance on all components of your system using our own technical resources. We have developed our own in-house service expertise to increase our ability to resolve problems quickly, independent of a manufacturer's representative or the factory. We are your local single point of responsibility.
100% Full Service Customer Protection Plan
Schedule Of Services:
1. Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly.
2. Availability: Seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
3. Response Time Range: Two to four working hours following receipt of a service call by an authorized person.
4. Response Status: 1st Priority Response.
5. Defect Correctable Response Time: Defective equipment will be replaced with loaner equipment from our Service Pool. Resolution of the problem will be within 48 hours following the receipt of a service call.
6. Parts Coverage: All parts are covered as part of this plan.
7. Labor Coverage: All labor is covered under this plan.
8. Instant Loaner: We maintain a service pool of loaner equipment specifically designed to support our Full Service Plan clients. If our field technicians are not able to repair a piece of faulty equipment at your location, then we will replace it with a loaner, if available, keeping your system up and running. The defective equipment will be repaired at our facility, and returned to your site accordingly.
9. Items Not Covered: This includes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, disaster, fire, flood, water, wind, lightning, and Acts of God. In addition, items designed to fail in order to protect the equipment, such as power and/or lightning suppressors, are also not covered by this plan.
